I’ve been training my wisteria as a standard plant in a large terracotta pot. It was a bit of an experiment really, as I bought a wisteria but then couldn’t find the right home for it.

…As the name [morning glory] suggests, they have mostly faded away by lunchtime although, at this time of year, they last much longer.

A few months ago I wrote about the annoying loss of my wisteria that suddenly turned up its toes…

First the leaves looked a bit droopy and exhausted, then they turned crispy and finally fell off, leaving the plant naked and neglected…

For the past few weeks I’ve been enjoying the wonderful sight of my weeping wisteria coming into flower.
